Handsewing Lesson
Learn the basic tools and stitches to do most handsewing projects.
Service Description
Learning how to thread a needle and tie a knot is daunting to some people, but with just a few tips I will have you fearlessly sewing buttons back on your favorite shirt. Learn three stitches that will get you through most projects and come out with a darling pincushion you can take home to start you new sewing adventure! The 2-hour class includes the pincushion project, basic embroidery stitches and buttons. If there is a specific technique you need to learn, please let me know beforehand and any of the mentioned skills can be swapped out for that (within reason). To confirm your appointment, please pay via Venmo @jumbojibbles or cash at the beginning of the session.
