This Party Savers confetti sweater reminds me of a roller rink carpet in the 1990s, but it's already been on the ground getting rolled on since the 80s. One thousand middle schoolers have spilled blue raspberry slushies as they raced each other to the one Mortal Kombat arcade game, whose buttons have worn down so you just need to KNOW which is Punch and which is Kick.  You're here to have a blast and someone else is gonna clean up the mess.  
 
Vintage Sweatshirt reworked with 100% cotton flannel pompoms, each handmade and sewn-on by wearable artist Amy Brown of Jumbo Jibbles.  Size tag has been removed by a past wearer, but model wears a Medium/Large and this feels a little fitted on her.  So maybe a Small/Medium. Some pilling from age, but in great condition.
