Sweater is a size XS, but the model (me) wears a M and this feels just fine.  The chest measurement is 24" across, and it's 16" long from shoulder to bottom hem.   The sweater is a 76% Acrylic/24% Nylon blend, originally from the brand Mi Ami.  
 
This is a part of my Party Savers collection, a line of clothing sourced from thrift stores and elevated to greatness by my handmade embellishments. Those are no mere pompoms-- they are handmade from 6-8 layers of cotton flannet, sewn, cut and "bloomed". They are fuzzy as heck. You can wash and dry this piece, and the pompoms will stay beautiful.
